osgART Standard Edition comes without email or phone support (these are paid services from ARToolworks, Inc), but a significant community of users is active.
We recommend you join the community support forum, where other users may be able to help with issues you may have.

Bug reporting
if you have encountered an error in the osgART Standard Edition software, please file a bug report. This is the only way in which bugs in the software can be reliably brought to the attention of the developers and managed through to resolution.
